Enjoyed reading your Insight N Focus. Just a thought on your Item No. 7 on compounding and No. 8 on how you can become a millionaire, how about the opposite situation?? Could you also advise the public what will happen if the opposite happens ie. say if I have $100,000 capital and I lose 10%,20%,30%,40%,50% etc of my capital... then how much do I have to recover to make back original capital??
If you could show the public the power of Compounding from Positive n Negative situation then hope it could educate more people to more aware of risk-side of stock markets.

I have personally experienced the great difficulty to recoup original capital after 20-30% losses but not able to put down in exact percentage. Many thanks - Wah Chong

I feel that market bull is here to stay. interbank at 1 % plus is excellent and very encouraging. with ocbc fixing 5% for 5 yrs i think they must have seen the possibility of long term low environment. - Jere

I'm a Singaporean working in Dubai,U.A.E. Presently, I have been trading through my broker via IDD calls and e-mails and paying through phone banking via IDD calls. These proves to be costly, so what can be done to cut down on these measures? Also, to open up an online trading acc., must I be present in S'PORE or it could be done via mails and e-mails? Thanks.
